Shipping and Returns
In-stock items will be shipped within 72 hours from receipt of your order.
Backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive back in stock. You should have the merchandise within two weeks for intercontinental UPS ground shipments as well as intercontinental postal shipments. Foreign orders can take up to 3 or 4 months depending on the method of shipment. Due to fluctuation of the dollar, prices are subject to change without notice.
All items listed are subject to availability at the time your order is received. All orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis.
Items ordered that are out-of-stock or sold out will not be charged to your credit card. If payment is by money order or certified check, you will receive a refund check or store credit with your order.
We ship most orders UPS Ground Service. If you request a different service, your order will be subject to additional charges for the service requested.
UPS Ground shipping charges are listed on the order screen.
Sorry, we do not take C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns or shipments not accepted by the customer are non-refundable.
All payments must be in U.S. funds - Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
All orders processed by Alsfarmtoys.com to an address in Minnesota are subject to 6.5% sales tax, Hennepin county, MN is 6.65%. All others are none taxable.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds to original Credit Card. Checks and Money Orders will be a Store
Credit or a Check Refund Only after the Check or Money Order has Cleared the Bank. (about 2 Weeks)
All claims, if any, must be reported within 5 working days from the time you receive your order and returns are not accepted without authorization. All returns must be in the original, un-damaged packaging. No returns after 30 days except for the holidays.

Canceling an order
To cancel an order, must contact us before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change it, and it will fall under a return category. Please be aware that we begin processing your order as soon as possible. For this reason, we ask that you cancel your order the same day it was placed for the best chance of catching the order before it ships. Call 952-858-9139 an email Customer Support and make sure to include your name and order number.
GIFTS
We currently do not offer giftwrap or gift message services. We may offer this service in the future.
